My favorite high school show “Saturday Night Live” premiered on this date-October 11th in 1975. My friends and I never missed this on a Saturday night! I loved the 70’s for sure. The style, the songs, the simplicity of life. Some of my best memories are from my high school days. Life for kids is so much different today, life can definitely be a struggle for teens.

What was your style if you lived in the 70’s-Halston, Yves Saint Laurent, Emilio Pucci, Thea Porter, and Diane von Furstenberg who created the famous “wrap dress’. Wow, the wrap dress, I still love that style dress today. Well, we cannot forget Coco Chanel who dominated with the creation of the “little black dress’, the quilted purse, and costume jewelry all in the 70’s. I had a “macrame bag”; not sure of any famous designer, but I loved that bag. Now, that bag was the ultimate definition of cool status. The 70’s-where you there?
